
Forward Fitness Run Club is not about pace.
It’s about having something to work toward. A reason to get outside. A group waiting for you when motivation is low. A reminder that you’re capable of more than you think.
Some days you’ll push. Some days you’ll slow down. Some days the win is simply showing up. That still counts.
Starting June 11th, over the 8 weeks, you’ll build endurance, confidence, better movement, and a stronger relationship with running without feeling like you have to “keep up” with anyone else.
And you won’t be doing it alone.
You’ll get:
- 2 coached run sessions per week (Thursdays at 5:30 PM & Saturdays at 7:30 AM)
- A 3rd run programmed for you (no guesswork)
- 60-minute hands on guest expert workshop provided by Powered by Movement – “Leveling up your technique for a safe and efficient run.” (Tuesday, June 16th at 6:30 PM)
- 60 minute hands on mobility workshop – “Mobility for runners – Bullet proofing your hips, knees and ankles.” (Thursday, June 25th at 6:30 PM)
- A simple nutrition protocol
- Team gear
- Race day support (warm-up, coaching, the whole thing) Summer Trail 5K at Castlewood on August 13th
Pricing:
Members: $97/month upgrade
Non-members: $379/month (includes 1x/week personal training + run club)
